Enrique
Fadul Estefan, of Bogota, Colombia, served a two-year term as a
director of The International Association of Lions Clubs following
his election at the association's 56th International Convention
in Miami Beach, Florida, USA, in June 1973.
Past Director Fadul is an economist and the general manager of one
of the largest insurance agencies in Colombia.
Past Director Fadul is a charter member of the Bogota Norte Lions
Club, where he has held all club offices and has recorded over 36
years of perfect attendance. He has twice served as a district governor
and has received six presidential appreciation awards, an Extension
Award, and the 100% District Governor Award. He is a Key Member and
the recipient of the Ambassador of Good Will Award, the highest honor
bestowed upon association members.
Past Director Fadul is currently the director of a rehabilitation
center sponsored by his Lions club, for hearing and speech-impaired
children.
Past Director Fadul and his wife, Aurora, have three children and
seven grandchildren.

En la 87ª Convención de la Asociación Internacional de Clubes de Leones, celebrada en Detroit (Michigan), EE.UU., y Windsor (Ontario), Canadá, del 5 al 9 de julio de 2004, Luis Alfredo Almansa fue elegido al cargo bienal de director internacional de la asociación. El director Almansa reside en Bogotá, Colombia.
El director Almansa es industrial. Es socio del Club de Leones de Fómeque desde 1968. Ha desempeñado numerosos cargos Leonísticos, entre ellos los de presidente de club, jefe de zona, jefe de región, gobernador de distrito y presidente del consejo. Fue disertador en seis Foros Latinoamericanos y del Caribe (FOLAC).
El director Almansa ha recibido numerosos reconocimientos por sus contribuciones a la asociación, entre ellos el Premio Presidente de Club por Excelencia, el Premio Gobernador 100%, y dos Certificados de Apreciación de presidentes internacionales. El director Almansa también ostenta la prestigiosa mención Amigo de Melvin Jones.
Además de sus actividades en el Leonismo, el director Almansa participa activamente en varias organizaciones cívicas y profesionales. El Municipio de Fómeque, Cundinamarca, Colombia, lo condecoró con la Medalla Cívica.
El director Luis Alfredo Almansa y su esposa, Lucy Latorre de Almansa, tienen cuatro hijos y cinco nietos.
